I really love this bank! It’s always clean and welcoming every time I come in. Carmen is amazing — she’s helpful, knowledgeable, and absolutely beautiful. She assisted me with applying for a personal credit card and gave me great information on building credit and using it the right way. I also appreciate Nick with ADP — he showed me how to run payroll for my business and is even going to walk me through how to pay myself through a 401(k). I do not bank there, but my dad had a custodial account I was in charge with. I do not recommend commercial banks to anyone. Having said that, if you’re going to bank with B of A this branch is fantastic. The people are extremely nice, friendly, helpful, and polite, and the bank itself is really comfortable inside.
