Sooooooo hard to work with. Very slow. Not trained
It is always a pleasure going into the American Fork Bank of America location. Everytime I enter I am always greeted with a warm welcome. They have helped me so many times in the past with small problems and large ones and are so kind in assisting with my needs. They go above and beyond and they make me feel like I am a member of their family! Thank you for providing an exceptional enviornment with superior customer service!
The staff was nice and friendly, but I can’t understand for the life of me why anyone would ever bank at Bank of America. Their process to make a loan payment was absolutely ridiculous and convoluted.
I’ve never had a bad experience at BOA, but this branch does it better than the rest. Aaron is an incredibly understanding manager and does everything he can to make sure customers walk in and leave satisfied. Very glad to have had the experience working with these kind folks.
