I came Friday at 3:30. I left 530 and I was not satisfied all the workers here in Bank of America their training and they don’t know where they don’t except the Manager and Manager. If she has customer, she will lock her door at all her Opal and we have a wait hour and a half for signature with the teller and the teller. She keeps apologizing and saying sorry she couldn’t. I visited your branch today to open business accounts for my two companies. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The representative assisting me did not know how to complete the process and had to ask the branch manager for help. Instead of assisting me personally, the manager simply initiated a phone call to the business banking department, handed me the phone, left the room, and went back to assisting other customers. I come monthly to make a credit card payment. I am always waiting and then when they help me the bankers/tellers have trouble making the payment, like they don’t understand how to do the transaction. My average time in the branch is 20 minutes.
