I come to the Randolph Bank of America and I met with a good officer senior Renata. I have the best experience with. I got approved quick for a credit card with the highest amount and she was so quick, nice. She deserve a 5 star
Omaida and Evans are really great representatives. I think that they gave me an excellent service ! If you go there ask for one of these representatives.

Renata she did a good job
Michelle greeted me promptly and courteouslyin the lobby and brought me to Renata's office. Renata took the time to explain all of Bank of America's services and options in detail. She helped open my accounts and made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I didn't expect to find such a dedicated and attentive team at a large bank like Bank of America- this experience exceeded my expectations !
