We were selling our motor home and had to drive to the Clinton branch to complete the transaction as they were the bank carrying our loan that would be paid off. The buyer met us there with his money. We called ahead of time and asked the best way to handle the transaction so there wouldn’t be any ripple’s. The buyer brought in his money and they wouldn’t accept it. Needless to say we will be repeating the same process again tomorrow due to their lack of knowledge. The buyer came from Logan. I’ve had $600 in fraudulent charges in a week other banks would have refunded the money by now but not these guys. I’m aggravated right now. I need that money like come on I didn’t make these charges and already have to drive two little towns south the banks far from me so I can’t get money out unless I drive there it’s crazy
