I’ve had $600 in fraudulent charges in a week other banks would have refunded the money by now but not these guys. I’m aggravated right now. I need that money like come on I didn’t make these charges and already have to drive two little towns south the banks far from me so I can’t get money out unless I drive there it’s crazy
Huge shout out to Arturo, the bank manager, for helping me on a Friday evening. I showed up at 4:04 and the lobby had closed at 4:00. I needed to make a very important deposit and needed to make sure that it was going to go through without holding all of the funds. He let me in and went through the process with me to verify that we had a certain amount available now, and it meant the world to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service we received from Vanessa Herrera. We called on our way to the bank explaining our situation. She had all the research completed by the time we got there even going as far as giving us process assistance. Additionally, a day or two later she waited for our buyer to ensure the loan transaction could happen that day. It made closure happen and 4 very happy customers! Thank you Vanessa! Your communication skills kept me so calm during a stressful time.
I am so confused on what this facility actually does. Issues with ATM they can’t help. Need a to cash a check from place of employment they can’t help BUT the website says they can.
Overpriced service's, Horrible customer service!!! Go anywhere else thank me later!!!
