We were selling our motor home and had to drive to the Clinton branch to complete the transaction as they were the bank carrying our loan that would be paid off. The buyer met us there with his money. We called ahead of time and asked the best way to handle the transaction so there wouldn’t be any ripple’s. I’ve had $600 in fraudulent charges in a week other banks would have refunded the money by now but not these guys. I’m aggravated right now. I need that money like come on I didn’t make these charges and already have to drive two little towns south the banks far from me so I can’t get money out unless I drive there it’s crazy
Huge shout out to Arturo, the bank manager, for helping me on a Friday evening. I showed up at 4:04 and the lobby had closed at 4:00. I needed to make a very important deposit and needed to make sure that it was going to go through without holding all of the funds. He let me in and went through the process with me to verify that we had a certain amount available now, and it meant the world to me!
