Staff is so kind and helpful all the time, I never had issues and they make things way easier.
For some reason, this Banking institution does not share their routing number on their website. When I called this particular location, I was told that this is particular set of numbers for each location (understandable) and some how tied to a member and I would need the consent of a member to obtain this information. In my business with several bank institutions, I have never come across this problem with obtaining a simple routing number from an institution. We were selling our motor home and had to drive to the Clinton branch to complete the transaction as they were the bank carrying our loan that would be paid off. The buyer met us there with his money. We called ahead of time and asked the best way to handle the transaction so there wouldn’t be any ripple’s.
