The clerk John was condescending and sarcastic the whole time. My banking app from my bank didn’t want to deposit my check so unfortunately I had to come here where they made the check too. No it wasn’t a lot of money it was from fedex they issued it to me on the mistake of their behalf. And he kept saying irrelevant comments basically mocking how $14 wasn’t worth cashing in that’s the dumbest comment I’ve ever heard money is money the whole time I’m laughing at him because how stupid he sounds the entire time. Wouldn't even make change for a $20.
The employees at this branch are clearly prejudiced toward a certain demographic. I had 2 scheduled appointments to set up special bank accounts. When I checked in, I was told to wait in the lobby, which I did. They proceeded to ignore me for nearly half an hour, although there weren't any customers in front of me. They only acknowledged my presence as I was leaving. Do not go to this location if you are a certain ethnicity.
The attention and service were excellent. A great team, friendly and professional, dedicated to customer service.
