The employees at this branch are clearly prejudiced toward a certain demographic. I had 2 scheduled appointments to set up special bank accounts. When I checked in, I was told to wait in the lobby, which I did. They proceeded to ignore me for nearly half an hour, although there weren't any customers in front of me. They only acknowledged my presence as I was leaving. Do not go to this location if you are a certain ethnicity.
The attention and service were excellent. A great team, friendly and professional, dedicated to customer service.
Don’t bank with them. BoA has been placed on notice by 15 state AGs for debanking Conservatives.
This is the worst bank of America’s branch! They always look for a way to not do your job and send you to another branch and some times they give you false information. I would not recommend them
