I had a fraud issue that happened two months ago, but because B of A determined it was not their fault, No one on the phone would file a fraudulent report. I went into this branch and spoke with the relationship manager, Hannia Banuelos. Not only did she get the fraud department on the phone herself, but she sat with me for an hour to understand what happened and what steps we can take to collect the nearly 7k fraud loss. Came in looking for an Auto loan and was told they do offer “non-dealer” loans, turns out they didn’t after are credit was pulled and therefore creating a hard pull on my credit and affecting us everywhere else we went.
Came in to make a deposit for the company I work for. Get told it's going to be 20 mins. Okay I can work with that. After 25 they switch people and tell me they've had 3 call outs today and there's only one guy that can do it and he's on the phone. I can choose to wait, or I can come back. Only I cant choose to come back. If I don't make the deposit today I get written up. If theres only one person that can take the deposit why are they tied up with loan stuff.
