The employees are so happy and inviting here. They smile a lot, and one employee made a few jokes with me when I first came in. I really appreciate that they don't have a dull boring corporate attitude here, but rather friendly and empathetic. All they did for me was deposit a check. But I'm giving them 5 stars for making my day just a little better.
Absurdly poor service, zero willingness to accommodate, and impossible to get a hold of on the phone. I’ve helped several new international hires open accounts here by temporarily inputting my USA phone number (as they arrive with international numbers). Obviously, this is done with everyone’s expressed permission and has never caused an issue until it was rudely denied today. I’ll make sure to never use or recommend Bank of America ever again.
