Trying to sell my car and the buyer is a BoA customer. This bank refused to offer any verification at all. Even in person with both the buyer and seller with a check in hand. I would have had to create an account here and I asked "if this is a fraudulent check could you tell me at the time of deposit, can you look it up?" They're answer is no, even if I was a customer and trying to deposit a check from their own bank they wouldnt be able to check and see if it was a real account. I can't offer enough wonderful accolades about the staff in Hyde Park BOA. I arrived with a complicated situation; and the staff were honored to sit with me, even in my returns, until they ironed-out (resolved) my situation ... and I showed! up until the issue was absolutely clear in my 'Elder Brain' ... and the entire staff was 'kindly' there for me, continuing to offer me their best service possible! Tommy, Jade, Matthew and Chloe have been great to bank with. Chloe is great and asks questions that are geared towards the best possible outcomes. Tommy and Matt are super helpful and knowledgeable. Jade is very welcoming each time I have stopped in. The Team delivers a strong client experience, efficiency and quality from each visit I have made at the Hyde Park Branch location.
I would recommend bank of america to any needing to open a checking account. Ask for Tommy he is a great person who really cares about customer service and takes the time to explain all the different accounts thet offer and which would be perfect for you and why.
