Theor customer service is appalling, Britney needs retrained. You can at least ask my account information or my name when reporting fraud. I had their ATM eat near $300 in cash going on 1 buisness week ago. Called and just got a ton of attitude about how they don't check it and I'm just going to have to wait. Came here to open up a checking account and the way the manager (I believe his name was Grant) was talking to his employees and he was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not be back at this location! Do not recommend this bank branch! Get a new manager!!!
I’m always in and out with ease. Management staff is always overly helpful whenever I need to send out wires or get official checks.
Rushed us right out of the door, after we drove 45 min to get there. Not a good service day for us here at all. Will not return
