I don't understand why the man at the front desk was so dismissive of me. Whoever worked the front desk at 12:30 August 29th 2025 has very poor customer service. The door greeter around this time was very kind and courteous but the man at the desk was rude. I came in behind an older woman and sat down while she was assisted. Bad customer service, bad follow-up by center manager, if you call, you have to keep scrolling through same commands to finally speak to someone. Not worth the hassle to deal with this branch.

Great experience at this branch. VP Kyle was friendly, helpful, and thorough. He was very understanding with my senior citizen mother. All of our issues were solved in a short period of time. In addition, the building is beautiful, and the security is friendly.
