The teller with the pony tail and blonde tips was very rude & accommodating. I have personal and business banking with BOA, and she has been the final push to make the switch for everything to leave as a customer. (I can take my business elsewhere if I wanted to be treated poorly.) Avoid they are not adequately staffed anyway.
They are freaky slow, my 1st and last time coming to this bank.
Terrible customer service. Refused to help with broken ATM. Had to go to the drive thru atm, and that stopped working too. And then they wouldn’t let me in even though it was before 4pm. However the security guard was very friendly! He came out to assist, even asked the workers to help but they refused.

I have been a BOA customer for decades. Over the past year, I have had to actually come inside the bank for various in-person related needs. Every time, a lovely woman has helped me. Shame on me for not knowing her name! She is pregnant if that helps decipher who I am praising. Each interaction with her has been wonderful. She is most kind, warm, efficient, & pleasant to interact with. Next time I have to go inside for help, I will most definitely learn & remember this kind soul's name!
