I went there at 9 pm to use the ATM, the access to get inside to use the ATM was not working, ultimately I have to use the drive through to use the ATM. All the fancy security door access fails I am very disappointed to see this.

Like someone else mentioned here, the teller with the ponytail and blonde tips was very rude and dismissive. I tried to speak with her, but she completely ignored me. It wasn’t until I turned around and started to leave that she finally acknowledged me and began talking to me. Very disappointing customer service.

Very rude. I wasn’t greeted upon walking in. The woman in a peach/pink blazer with a slick back pony wasn’t very helpful. She immediately made me feel incompetent like I was some child. All I needed was to open an account to collect money for my child. I am the representative to receive the money. And she was only condescending. I highly recommend going to a different location.

Seems like everyone try to nude the ATM the guys with armored cars are blocking it OR the ATM isn’t taking deposits. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. This isn’t the only difficult ATM of theirs either. For better access, I’d choose a different bank. It’s disappointing

My 94 year old grandma has been with BoA for 50 years. They froze her account and it’s been over a week. How is she supposed to buy groceries or pay her bills without access to her money. It’s ridiculous.
