My 94 year old grandma has been with BoA for 50 years. They froze her account and it’s been over a week. How is she supposed to buy groceries or pay her bills without access to her money. It’s ridiculous.
What national banking institution has at of it's branches 4pm on week days and closed altogether on Saturday. They should close for lunch between 10am and 1pm while they're at it. Worst one out of all the major banks in America!
