Today was rough to say the least. To make a long story short myself and my daughter was not provided with enough information to open up accounts for someone close to us all because of a specific piece of paper. I get that but the guy’s attitude towards me because I was frustrated, not angry at him, was undesirable and unempathetic for our situation.
