Worse place ever tellers don’t know how to do there job tell you one thing ends up being something totally different on your account . Will be closing my account with them and staying with chase . Just don’t even come here .
Very rude and unprofessional! They made a mistake issuing me a new card after my name change (recently married) and sent same card…instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he basically accused me of wanting a new card to block a transaction…if I hadn’t been with the bank forever I would leave but I just won’t be back to this branch ughhhhh
