I have had many positive experiences with the representatives at this branch, however today was not!! He was rude, dismissive and when I explained my concern he waved me off. Not planning on returning to this branch. It's unfortunate that one bad experience paints the whole branch because he said he was the manager.
Worse place ever tellers don’t know how to do there job tell you one thing ends up being something totally different on your account . Will be closing my account with them and staying with chase . Just don’t even come here .
