Don't go during lunch time. It takes longer if you need the teller. Otherwise nice people and good friendly service
The new employee was very rude. I asked for help a second time but he treated me rudely. The previous employees were very helpful. I decided to switch to another bank completely. If they can't solve the problem with my account or provide any help, why do they need such an employee? Why are they still working?😡👎👎👎👎
The team were incredibly helpful with our concern today. Jake and Monisa went the extra mile and were appropriately reconciliatory regarding my experience yesterday.
Today I came in to cash a check and experienced an unusually long service time, even though the employee assisted me right away. I clearly stated from the beginning that I needed cash. He asked whether I had my debit card with them and then spent several minutes on the computer which I wasn’t comfortable with- you come to just cash a check and the bank teller is observing your accounts for some reason.
