I'd give 0 stars if possible worst bank i have dealt with got late fees some how when I paid for a whole year at once n they never counted it they close stupid early can't ever answer any questions will be closing account asap
I’d like to bring attention to the bank manager “ Matt “ . I was upset about an issue I had and called corporate. Needless to say, my issue was unresolved. I went to the branch the next day and about a 2 hours later Matt called me, He was very polite and professional. I figured he wouldn’t remember me because I’m only in the bank a few times a month.
