We love Bank of America and our local branch, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I brought in a check we received from the mortgage bank after paying off our loan. We had accidentally signed in the wrong place, but the issuing bank corrected it. We explained the situation to the banker, but he said he could not accept the check. When we returned to the issuing bank and explained what happened, they were surprised by the response. Honestly, this experience has made us consider moving our accounts to another bank.

I recently was attempted to be added to my husbands account and the representative used the wrong name from a closed credit card years old. I provided her with my updated social and drivers license and it was still incorrect. I am without a debit card due to this error, as well as I can’t have my direct deposit processed.
