Most horrible bank ever. It's hard to get things done at the bank. You have to schedule an appointment just to send money. Very horrible service.
I visited this branch yesterday morning, i do not bank with bank of America. I had a check from a customer that i needed to cash. They were absolutely wonderful. After reading some of the reviews. I just new it was going to be a hassle. But it wasn't, it was truly a great experience. Please don't let low review ratings impact your opinion before visiting any place.
During a recent visit, I was profoundly disappointed by how unprofessional and discriminatory the experience felt. When I entered the lobby and requested a roll of quarters, the greeter first questioned whether I was even a Bank of America customer — despite the fact that I immediately produced my debit card. I love this bank ever since I opened an account up here a couple years ago. I have always had a great experience with the bankers, and I have never had any issues dealing with customer service over the phone always have had such a good experience with BOA! I feel like they definitely take care of their customers and look out for their customers and show good customer service, which is the lost art I feel anymore.
