I love this bank center. Great customer service and professional as well. I will recommend anyone to go this location. It is never crowded specially if you are in the rush to do things. The specialists are welcoming and they have a great manager that listens to his client's needs.
I recently visited Bank of America to deposit a check from my insurance company for repairs, and I had a very frustrating experience. There was some trouble with the deposit, and instead of being helpful, the management was rude and dismissive. Rather than explaining the issue clearly or offering a solution, they seemed more focused on making the process difficult. I expected better customer service, especially for something as important as an insurance check. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation.
