I recently visited Bank of America to deposit a check from my insurance company for repairs, and I had a very frustrating experience. There was some trouble with the deposit, and instead of being helpful, the management was rude and dismissive. Rather than explaining the issue clearly or offering a solution, they seemed more focused on making the process difficult. I expected better customer service, especially for something as important as an insurance check. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation.

This bank is terrible. They don't tell you the right information and you end up getting unnecessary charges and they do not care either--you will not get a refund for their mistakes. The customer service is bad, the employees are rude and unhelpful.
