Diego, is very unprofessional. Diego thought our interactions and issues were hilarious. My client is in a healthcare facility, and had basic questions. This person did not even attempt to reconcile any of them; pushed us to Customer Service line. Luckily, after continuing to call back to back (after getting hung up on) we were able to reach branch manager - who was able to assist and fix the confusion. Whoever Diego is needs to lose his job. I’ve been with Bank of America for a long time now and have never been met by such a rude, nasty employee. Who LAUGHS at a clients unfortunate situation? Then when I tried to call back he hung up on me. Now I get to spend my time calling the customer service to report this super unprofessional employee.
If you can avoid this bank, AVIOD IT!!! Customer service is horrible!!! It seems they always have only one teller working so expect to wait... for EVERYTHING! Even making a simple withdrawal/deposit (unless you're using the ATM). We also had an appointment with an advisor and they failed to call us to notify us of the cancellation (on their behalf). Extremely unprofessional & wasted our time. The only positive experience at this bank was with the notary.
