Once again I call the bank I have been with for over 25 years and they can’t help me. I gotta change banks.Â

Too slow. Unless you have time to waste, I don’t recommend it. Made me sit for 45mins to deposit a check.Â
Rating should be a zero. Automated responses to reviews. Refusal to open an account because we were a walk in. Wasted our time. The worst banking experience I ever had dating back to the 1960s. PNC bank was helpful, BoA was not.Â
