My wife and I have been with Bank of America for over 40 years as they grew their business in Michigan and now Ohio. We have several accounts with BOA including a business account. The Anderson Township location on Beechmont is outstanding. The convenience of having a drive though is a bonus for after hours. Setting up a business account is a hassle. Associates don’t understand their banks processes and give you multiple stories on the correct process. Associate said we could merge my business and personal logins together, but that turned out to not be true. Set up your account with another bank that understands how their own systems work.
Today i have opened my advantage safe balance checking account . Banker jerod Muddiman is a very nice and good person assisted me to open a new account right from the beginning. staff is really good . I recommend every one this bofa location for beechmount avenue residents . Best service .
