I recently visited this branch of BoA and had an incredibly disappointing visit. I was using the drive through ATM to deposit some cash and it ended up eating my debit card and freezing up. I then went into the branch to ask if there was anything they could do and to just let them know. They were very unhelpful and not friendly at all. They pretty much told me that I was just going to have to get a new card and that was that.
