I went to the Bank of America on College Street in Indianapolis to use the conferencing service, but it wasn’t working. I kept getting the erred message that it wasn’t connected to the Internet. There was no one there to help. I was there during regular business hours on a Thursday. So, I didn’t get my business taken care of and will have to go back on Friday. A waste of time.
