The inconvenience of the ATM machines to make a payment on my credit card. I just don’t understand why they do not accept checks; when there is a pay by check option. Then the on-screen computer counts down time, to work with you.. and it doesn’t work. How Convenient is it to have all of your ATM locations? That cannot provide service for your customers that need it. This is ridiculous!
