What is the point of having a video conferencing location if they aren’t of any more help than an associate on the phone?Â
Self service bank only. No real people. Can’t get money orders here. Basically a really big room for atmsÂ

Awful experience. It was supposed to close at 3pm but at 240p I couldnt do video conferencing in any rooms. The ipads werent working. The pens didnt work. I felt a lack of customer service or experience. Less tech and more in-person service please.Â
I attempted to deposit 17k via check. It did not say until after I confirmed the deposit that the funds would not be available for 9 days.Â
