This was horrible. Bank of America should not say they have a location here when it's just 3 ATMs and a big screen where you have to press a button and then talk to someone in Florida. No actual person at this location and it has no personality at all. This is the degridation of human experience, hire no local people yet BOFA makes profits hand over fist, year after year.
This is not a bank. This is a room with ATMs in it, and there's a TV where you can get somebody from a call center by pressing a button.
Please fix/remove the hand sanitizer. It's been broken for over a year.
This was my first video banking. It was quick, helpful, and fun!
