THIS IS NOT A BANK! This is just a big open room with ATMs and computer screens for virtual nonsense. If you need to do any actual banking or talk to a human this location is completely useless. It doesn't say anywhere in the Google listing or even at the building that no banking can be done here. What a waste of a trip.Â

Visited on Saturday at noon, during open hours. They are supposed to have live video chat, but the tablets all say "no internet connection." I'm sitting in one of the conference rooms, waiting for BOA to call me back on my cell. It's a weird place, nice concept but poor execution.Â
