I have been banking with Bank of America for over 10 years now. I had a regular checking account and recently I got a credit card within the past 3 years. I recently experienced some hard times and wasn’t able to pay the minimum payment so I reached out to Bank of America on numerous occasions for assistance, spoke to supervisors, etc . BOA is the absolute worst Bank you can EVER!!!! Bank with. They had my customer on hold on the phone for over an hour just to verify a check. First off they told me I couldn’t cash my check because it was over the nonmember limit; like WHAT!!!! Then they marked the check so I couldn’t deposit it in my own account. So I had no choice but to go to the check cashing place and pay them over $200 to cash my check. I hate this place. Where is the dang customer service????? 9 windows, 5 closed 3 open, 1 teller Waiting is a killer special when they have a business lane but no one to serve them. 3 people walked out while I was waiting in line and I had to walk out as well because it’s taking forever. Time is money!Â
