The only way I could make this post is giving it 1 star...it deserves less then zero starts! Drive across town if you need to bank with a Bank of America! This bank on N. Summit is unprofessional and unfriendly! And THEY DON'T CARE! They don't seem to enough people working the windows for this busy of a bank. And the manager strutting around said she didn't have a 'drawer'....so go get one! I witnessed people leaving upset because the lack of interest they show. This bank is awful! Always wait forever. Only one teller and everyone else walks around not helping anyone. One person in front of me only and I have been here 20 minutes alreadyÂ
