This bank is terrible. Only one teller working with a huge line of people waiting. Nobody even trying to help all the people waiting in line, on a Tuesday afternoon, the day after a holiday weekend.Â

Terrible service. Deserves 0 stars. Pity that option does not exist. Major mistake in coming here. Extremely Unprofessional and condescending staff. Because of the service received at this location ( or lack thereof), I was forced to cancel my accounts with Bank Of America and end an 18+ year banking relationship that i set up back in 2001. If I could give this place a ZERO stars, I would. The Branch Manager is a front with a smile, as she can hear her colleagues be rude and allow doors to slam. Not to mention they withdraw funds from my lowest balance account, opposed the highest balance account causing an overdraft. What incompetent staff.Â
