Nice new bank and great location. Bank of American has lots of locations so that can be a good thing.
Parking here is a nightmare, but it is Los Feliz Village, so that's no surprise. The staff are helpful and friendly, although wait times can get a little high at times.
The location is convenient, but the staff isn't as personable as some of the other banks in the area. It just got re modelled, but just seems like a waste of money, it went more automated, while Citibank went more personal.
