Excellent Customer Service My family and I had an excellent experience with the George Savic and Randall Mercado. They were very responsive, made sure I was quickly aware of any new updates or requests from the underwriting team, and provided seamless step-by-step guidance along the way. We closed on time, and not once did I ever truly feel like we were at risk of missing our specified closing date.Â
Horrid! A nightmare...DO NOT use Bank of America if you want a home loan in a timely manor. Inefficient is the word I would use... so disappointed.Â
