I recently visited Bank of America (Foggy bottom), Me and my friend were struggling to understand the credit card payment system as one of my friend was not in DC, but I’d like to appreciate MICHELLE for her patience and mitigation it. Professional behavior and great customer service. ☺️
Slowest Bank of America ever. We walked in early in the morning. They had no customers and yet we had to wait over a half an hour just to add an authorized user on an account.
Entrance is on 23rd and not at the Avenue as indicated.
