There is no open counter (unlike the branch I went in New York) so there is a long wait. There are very few staff as well. I just wanted to order a $10 check but the wait was so long. They also didn't have AC in this weather. Once the staff was ready, they were very nice and polite.
The staff at this branch are always super friendly and helpful. Ms. Schenique Porteous in particular has been great — patient, clear, and really easy to talk to. I’ve come here a few times for a slightly tricky matter, but each time they’ve handled it smoothly and made the process feel much easier than I expected. Really appreciate their support!
