Can we say 0...?? This location did not open until 1045 am ish today.. two staff were there waiting but were polite to tell me that they were having issues but I know they were just trying to cover to keep the calm. I heard theres have major issues with the branch manager Renee, who never shows up for work, or leaves extremely early. I've been to the location numerous times and she's yet to actually being on site. Can someone please get this situation under control. The staff eventually helped me, but I wasted a lot of time waiting while the stuff chatted with the previous customer about hobbies, holidays, and other unrelated topics. The unnecessary delay made the visit frustratingÂ

Five-star service at this location! The bankers greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. Then Amber went above and beyond to fulfill my request. She got me in and out quickly with no issues, and the whole experience was pleasant. I had visited a busier location but they werenât as helpful as this one. Iâm not sure why this location is attracting review bullies..𤨠but they do not deserve the negativity. The team here is doing a great job as far as I can tell. Zero hoots given here. Failed to execute the one task they said they did, wasted tons of our time, made no effort to follow up/rectify THEIR error. Issues: * I closed account (our mom died) in person June 3 and have paperwork CONFIRMING the account was closed.
