Be wary of the stuff, THEY ARE VERY RUDE, THEY DON’T CARE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BANK AND THEY NEVER TRY TO REALLY HELP YOUÂ
The staff is always very helpful right as you walk in the door. I love the convenience of being able to deposit cash at their drive through teller lane and also in the lobby which is secured and only accessible if you have a debit card. All in all I'm very pleased with this bank.Â
Andy runs a great business! This facility is always neat and clean. The associates that work here are very pleasant and kind. I loathe their hours but its a bank.Â
Constant problems and the lobby is not open during posted hours.Â
I stopped in on Saturday to open an account. It was near closing time, and I was understanding that it may not be possible to do that day. However, Senior Banker Joe Hajjali assured me we’d be able to proceed. The application process was weird, as I was advised to connect to their public unsecured wifi network to download the BOA app and start the application process there.
