I opened a credit card account yesterday 7/9/2026 at about 12H00, approved. At that specific time the system (computer) didn't have a account number for me yet, David said he will call me with it, as soon as it's confirmed. Also I need to set up my online banking. The wire transfer from Wells Fargo went through to BOA, no call from David, my money is taken. This morning I've send him an e-mail, no response! What do I do? If not resolved by close of business tomorrow I want my money refunded & account closed/voided.
They have one guy working here. This is not even a real bank. You’ll wait in here for hours just to get a hold of somebody. They need to build it better get rid of who’s ever in charge and let’s start over the drive-through does more work than the people in there. They need to just fire everybody who’s working there and let’s get some real workers who actually know about banking not helpful at all who’s working at right now not helpful at all
I had to wait 15 minutes just to cash a check. That’s poor customer service
