I recently stopped by for help with an existing account and was surprised to learn that Lorissa, and the rest of the previous team, including the branch manager, are no longer here. They were always incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They were truly outstanding ambassadors for the BoA brand. The experience with the new staff was very disappointing in comparison.
