Horrible bank, I have had my account with Bank of America with over 20 years. I needed one paper notarized and Jessica didn’t want to do it. Requesting a bunch of documents that they had never requested before, not even to open the account. Went across the street to Chase with the same document and ID and got it notarized with no problem. When they want to be arrogant and unwilling unhelpful they will, and that is exactly what Jessica is.

One teller at a bank? Makes no sense. Lots of employees sitting in empty offices. Can BOA add another teller? 15 min and still waiting…
The bank location is great. But the branch manager is completely incompetent. If you actually want to get something done or correct information, go to another branch. This beach is good for ATM and deposits. Nothing else.
