I am grateful for this banking oasis especially in a world of digital banking where AI chatbots are most likely answering your customer service questions. I have had the pleasure of visiting this branch on two occasions to handle some delicate banking issues. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are friendly, resourceful, and knowledgeable. A special shoutout goes to Sheila Espinel, Toni Cooper, and Nery Calero for the excellent level of customer service they consistently deliver!
Horrible bank, I have had my account with Bank of America with over 20 years. I needed one paper notarized and Jessica didn’t want to do it. Requesting a bunch of documents that they had never requested before, not even to open the account. Went across the street to Chase with the same document and ID and got it notarized with no problem. When they want to be arrogant and unwilling unhelpful they will, and that is exactly what Jessica is.
