Wow what a TERRIBLE place to bank at. I call these people at Mcknight Rd Pittsburgh Location for HELP because someone fraudulently opened an account here under my information, and not only can they do nothing for you unless you physically come into the location, but I simply asked what good transferring me to customer service would do then, and they hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone all the times i called back! Awful bank, go open an account elsewhere
Whenever I bring in a large sum of bills to deposit, I don't want to stand to use ATM to deposit. I always ask for a teller. Most of the time the receptionist would tell me to use ATM. And I can deposit up to 70 bills at once. I've been a customer for a long time. Enough to understand how the machine works. If the bills are too new, it would not accept it. Our company has Bank of America account and linked with our POS system for daily deposit. I stopped by this morning to get a new bills for to use out of states. The lobby banker said we do not keep a new bill. We can only do for change". And he cut conversations with me about this issue and tried to take care the other person.
