Visited here today for making a wire transfer. Didn’t make an appointment, they greeted me and helped arrangement a banker for me right away. Relationship banker Sara, she is fantastic, friendly and shared me how to do the wire transfer (international) through the BOA app. Great experience!
Every time that I’ve had to do banking within this branch, I have had only ever positive experiences. The staff no matter who I have engaged with have been warm, helpful and friendly. Sometimes there are queues, but when are there never queues in a bank branch. They try their hardest to help everyone and to give the time to the people that they are with.
