Having a large bank such as bank of america you cannot walk in the bank and set up reoccurring payments out of your checking account. Absolutely ridiculous you have been a customer for 10 years and bought a new car. They financed it through them, thought it would be easy to get reoccurring payments. WRONG they said you have to use their banking app to do this. WRONG I don't using banking app and haven't for a long time since my account was hacked. BANK OF AMERICA NEEDA TO DO BETTET FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Facility is a joke. Neither ATM will accept my pay check, I can't get cell service at the ATM (inside the building) to notify them of the ATM problem, and they are only open when I am at work - not even on Fridays.
I’ve had excellent customer service both times I’ve had to come in
Bad customer service every time you make an appointment you gotta wait hours and they don’t even acknowledge you……never again
