Not sure about all the negative reviews. I’ve being going to this branch for over 30+ years and, yes, things have changed over the years but what has not changed is the service quality level which are still stellar and best-in-class. I’ve tried other branches in the peninsula and nothing compares to the quality of service from this branch.
My recent visit to this branch was a complete disappointment. The issues encountered with Elba, followed by an even more unprofessional interaction with the manager, (Marylou) have left me deeply concerned. As a customer who has entrusted Bank of America with multiple business, checking, and savings accounts for decades, I find this level of service unacceptable and am seriously doubting my future with the bank. I will not be returning to this branch.
