Today I arrived at this agency without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by Johanna, who assisted me even though she had a busy schedule and managed to help me achieve a very satisfactory result. I didn’t have a credit card, and my hopes of being approved for one were quite low. However, she took the time and dedication to sit with me, review my account and my history, and said to me: “Why not? Great customer service but a bit of wait
Reading other reviews it seems that this location has a systemic problem. Multiple employees , but only one teller assisting walk-in customers who were all getting frustrated. Finally after I said something one of the employees came out from his cubical to assist, but he couldn’t turn on his system🤦♂️I swear you can’t make this stuff up! Luckily I am not banking with Bank of America, I was just making a deposit for someone, but if you think of giving your business to this company, you may want to rethink your decision.
