I have banked with Bank of America for over 30 years. We just moved into the area so I needed to deposit some checks and get to know the bank personnel. The bank manager was extremely warm and congenial. The teller was very helpful. It’s also a very convenient branch location so I’m looking forward to banking here.

I've been a customer at this bank for about a year and a half. And I had a terrible experience here today, when I made an appointment for a specific customer service rep, who was out sick. And then, another representative who offered to help me , spoke to me in a manner, that made me get up, and leave the bank. The only time I will be coming back to this bank, to do any transactions, will be through the drive-through (and only the drive-thru) I'm never, ever dealing with any human being in this bank , ever again. Came in with my son who is leaving for college in the morning. We needed to get some banking issues squared away. We sat with a Ms. Winsome Gregory who was unbelievable. Ms. Gregory took her time to explain some sound personal fiscal habits and how to navigate personal finance issues once he is living on his own. I truly appreciate her time and professionalism.
