I've been a customer at this bank for about a year and a half. And I had a terrible experience here today, when I made an appointment for a specific customer service rep, who was out sick. And then, another representative who offered to help me , spoke to me in a manner, that made me get up, and leave the bank. The only time I will be coming back to this bank, to do any transactions, will be through the drive-through (and only the drive-thru) I'm never, ever dealing with any human being in this bank , ever again. Came in with my son who is leaving for college in the morning. We needed to get some banking issues squared away. We sat with a Ms. Winsome Gregory who was unbelievable. Ms. Gregory took her time to explain some sound personal fiscal habits and how to navigate personal finance issues once he is living on his own. I truly appreciate her time and professionalism. Thank you Ms. Gregory!!!Â
In customer service alone, this location deserves 5 stars! Jared, along with Winsome, are efficient, meticulous, and welcoming. Setting up something with the available staff was initially intimidating, but quickly after sitting down and talking with them, I felt at ease and much better informed about the financial decision I made. Overall: everyone here has been a pleasure to work with!Â
I applied to refinance my car and I have to pay more in interest with BOFA that with my current bank. The mount of times that I went there asking for assistance with wire, credit cards, etc the customer service was TERRIBLE, except for one is the representative named Winsome. The customer service of the manager of this Franchise was absolutely BAD and humiliating. She treated me with suspicion. So, because of that. I decided to change banks.Â
