Called about opening an account, wasn't able to online and got a decline letter stating it was because of a "Deposit Account Score". I initially spoke to a very nice female banker who informed me that they hadn't heard of that issue before. They kindly transfered me to another department that would have more knowledge and to call back if there was any issues. The department I was transfered to wasn't able to help either. Bad service
Very disappointing customer service. This review is for Yvette. She is extremely rude. Didn’t like her attitude towards the client.
Atm is out of service half the time. Hours are 10-4 which makes zero sense whatsoever. Just shut it down already. Geez.
