Called about opening an account, wasn't able to online and got a decline letter stating it was because of a "Deposit Account Score". I initially spoke to a very nice female banker who informed me that they hadn't heard of that issue before. They kindly transfered me to another department that would have more knowledge and to call back if there was any issues. The department I was transfered to wasn't able to help either.
