This branch has great service. I hate that I have to go into the branch so often to fix issues with my business account. The 1-800 customer service is full of chuckle-heads that are next to useless. But the people at this branch are super helpful and get my issues ironed out. If it wasn’t for them I would leave BofA after being a customer for 32 years.
Wanted to give 1 start but giving an extra star because the people were friendly. I came in to break a $100 bill and while waiting in line, a worked asked what i was needing help with and i described how my credit union couldn't break my $100 because they only have video tellers (and i wanted bills smaller than $20). The dude knew my credit union based on my comments and then told me how BofA would be way better to move my business too. Customer service was great. They took care of what BofA in 185th cannot do.
