Terrible customer service and management
This place is a total dump, terrible service, rude people, and the woman who assisted me—who seemed to be the manager—was absolutely ridiculous! She refused to help me, just told me to call a number and left it at that; she didn't even try to understand the situation! I’m never going back to this bank again. I hope it rots.
