I had a 1:30pm notary appointment time with a 30 minute appointment time. And I was told that they thought I wasn’t coming so the notary left. When I asked if anyone had called me to confirm whether I was coming or not I was told “no we send reminders the day before, but we do have a grace period for time” I’m still waiting for the answer to what the grace period is because I was only 8 minutes late. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY
Tried to cash US savings bonds. First I was told I can only cash 10 at a time. Then told account must be opened 6 months. It was. Then told account must be opened for 2 years. It wasn't. These people were clueless.
