Tried to cash US savings bonds. First I was told I can only cash 10 at a time. Then told account must be opened 6 months. It was. Then told account must be opened for 2 years. It wasn't. These people were clueless.
Worst bank ever! I've been with them for 5 years and they are holding my payroll check for 7 buisness days! Bank literally anywhere else, horrible customer service when you can actually reach someone!
Normally I use ATM but I had a question so I went inside. The people were very polite and very nice. They were dressed in business attire.
Customer service was fine. I noticed this front row parking space for Low emitting/fuel efficient vehicles. Are you kidding me? Not one of these vehicles was used to build this building or asphalt the parking lot. Pretty sure the money is delivered by heavy diesel armored vehicles. Could be just me but this was an insult to the hard working contractors that frequent this bank.
