I usually don't write reviews but today's experience was more than fantastic. I had to call one of the departments at BofA and my phone wasn't working, so I visited the branch to see if they can help me out. They allowed me to use their phone with a private room and I was able to get the matter solved. I would like to compliment the staffs there for their exceptional service!
Isamar Martinez helped me with all the banking services very efficiently. She was great with respect to resolving and answering all my questions about the same. Thank you so much Isamar. Thank you BOFA. 😊
Terrible experience. Staff completely ignored a customer before me, making wait to do whatever something else. Even her manager complained about it to her. When it was my turn they had 0 willingness to help me. Expected from Bank of America whom I’ve been a customer for 6 years
Terrible experience!!!! Despite arriving with an appointment, I was ignored by staff who were chatting. I had to interrupt their conversation to be assisted, only to be told dismissively to use the mobile app or pay $5. Then I had to prove the app couldn’t resolve my issue. What angered me most was how the stark difference in service when a white male arrived behind me.
