Worst service ever, with an arrogant attitude. They couldn’t complete what I needed. I went to a nearby Chase branch and got it done in 10 minutes.
This place went above and beyond to make sure I got my rent check printed even though I had forgotten my debit card. Maria is a life saver!
The current front desk staff here is horrible. Needed to get a document notarized, a complimentary service provided for BoA customers, was told I needed to make an appointment two weeks in advance for something that takes one minute to do.
I usually don't write reviews but today's experience was more than fantastic. I had to call one of the departments at BofA and my phone wasn't working, so I visited the branch to see if they can help me out. They allowed me to use their phone with a private room and I was able to get the matter solved. I would like to compliment the staffs there for their exceptional service!
