I had a very positive experience at Bank of America. Fayil spent a lot of time helping me and made sure all of my questions and concerns were fully resolved. The customer service was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I especially appreciated being able to communicate in my native language, Russian. It made the entire experience much more comfortable and reassuring. Fayil went above and beyond to assist me, and I am very grateful for the support and attention I received.
