Have been going to this BOA for couple years and customer service has always been great. Just wish they were open at least half days on Saturday.
last week I called this bank 22 times within an hour, no one to answer the phone?? no coin counter, no drive thru. I went in about an hour later and three girls behind the counter eating and having a good ole time, one woman came from the back to wait on me. I have been with this bank for years but never go in, it is time to change to one with some customer service! this bank is a bad joke.
Today, I had to visit this bank. Before going, I checked the reviews and honestly, I hesitated because there were many negative comments. However, due to the urgency of my work, I decided to go. When I arrived, I was met with a completely different experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Contrary to what the reviews suggested, I received excellent service.
