Everytime I go into this bank I feel like I’m being looked at as the black guy who is dressed nice because he’s trying to rip them off. This will definitely be the last time I associate this bank as being part of the American tradition. I can walk into any other bank in the Big Bend plaza and be greeted with a smile. Outstanding experience dealing with this BOA branch for this first time. I was 15 minutes late because of traffic, but they took me for my appointment right away once I arrived. My business solutions advisor, Kai, was personable and incredibly helpful in dealing with my business accounts.
