The branch manager went over and beyond the people at this location are awesome it just sucks the actual company they work for makes things difficult for them with them being on the front line but great people
I would give less than 1 star if I could. This branch is terrible. The tellers dont even know how their online bank setup works. They also can even verify your ID with your name because you dont speak English properly. Poor experience. Dont go here.
Reported fraud on my account and this location refused to provide a new debit card!
I asked to do some wires, I showed up a little late, but no one in the lobby, so I was helped immediately. She (branch manager) sat me in a room and said take out your phone and do the wires. If I wanted to do the wires myself I would have. I ask if she would at least do the business wire and she point at my phone then said I can if you want after I looked at her crazy
