Very disappointed with the customer service at Bank of America. I had an issue with ATMs, and there were three employees available inside, but no one was willing to help or properly address the problem. It is frustrating to see multiple employees standing around while customers are struggling with ATM issues and receiving no assistance. When something goes wrong, customers should be able to expect basic support and courtesy from the staff. This was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. BofA Hazlet NJ is our bank for over 30 years. I must say the customer service, personal attention, smiling friendly professionalism has gone down significantly! Almost everyone except Brian Lipari is new. I am not naming the names here. but I am sure you would know. Where is the corporate oversight!
My husband was just there for a wire transfer and he was impressed. They really care and go above and beyond. Excellent customer service!!!!!
Danielle at the Hazlet Branch was so exceedingly helpful and made my day lighter and brighter. What a pleasure it was to go to the bank today. I do wish they would give her more help as she was the only teller there because I felt bad for the people waiting in line behind me, but 5/5 for rhe help I received.
