The customer service at this bank is so rude. I went home to figure out the issue myself
I received my Anchor benefit check in the mail today. First I should preface this with the following; My husband passed on 3 years ago (that being said) when I initially applied online on the State of NJ official government website there are a series of questions. When I got to the marital status question I chose Widow, head of household. When I received check in mail it was made out to my name & my husband. Mrs. Danielle is so professional. Anytime I bring my mom whom can’t really hear well as well as not so sturdy on her feet Mrs. Danielle takes notice of those things and is so patient as well as tries to work fast so my mom isn’t left standing long.
