I received my Anchor benefit check in the mail today. First I should preface this with the following; My husband passed on 3 years ago (that being said) when I initially applied online on the State of NJ official government website there are a series of questions. When I got to the marital status question I chose Widow, head of household. When I received check in mail it was made out to my name & my husband.
