Bank of America Financial Centre
Worst banking experience I’ve had. They were incredibly unhelpful with my banking requests. I had to call BoA customer service who told me they had wrongly denied me appropriate services but when I returned they would not honor my request and I wasn’t able to see a banker even though it was hours before closing. Incredibly frustrating experience.
Total chaos in this place. Been waiting 30m for help and somebody came after me and got help before. Really waste of time in this place
Left my debit card in the atm by mistake and they refused to check their lost and found to see if it was there. Not helpful at all
This is a terrible bank branch. Although I indicated that I would need a Russian translator, I was not provided with one. I was also refused a bank card based on two identification documents! They said I needed a passport. But I will never have one, as my passport was taken at the border.
